As a Training Advisor you will be joining a national and regional Training Advisor team.

Based in the Auckland region of New Zealand you will be supporting Apprentices and customers in the engineering sector in the southern area of Auckland.

You will build and maintain positive relationships with learners and employers whilst ensuring your engagement reflects a thorough understanding of your customers business.


You will have absolute focus on the learner, setting them up for success and providing tailored support through their apprenticeship whilst also focusing on apprenticeship replenishment and growth through identification of wider business opportunities.


What skills you will you bring:
Industry related Mechanical, Airconditioning/Refrigeration, Fabrication or related Engineering) NZ Trade qualifications and experience
Experience in a customer focused role.
Administrative skills
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage own territory effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of the customer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding and knowledge of health and safety legislation
A good level of computer literacy and in Microsoft office suite
Understanding of Education or Training industry would be beneficial
