Our client is a New Zealand-owned and operated beverage company that is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their small team located in Lincoln.
The role:
In this role you will lead their production team in all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, reporting directly to the managing director.
The day-to-day responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Leading and providing support to the production team
- Ensuring the machine is well maintained and sterilized to meet New Zealand food health and safety standards
- Undertaking quality assurance checks.
- Reporting on production levels and order status to management
- Monitoring machinery performance and making adjustments as necessary
Ideally you will have:
- 2 + years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the business
- A forklift licence is preferred but not essential (OSH Certificate)
