Our client is a New Zealand-owned and operated beverage company that is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their small team located in Lincoln.


The role:


In this role you will lead their production team in all aspects of daily manufacturing operations, reporting directly to the managing director.

The role is Monday-Friday - hours may vary between 45-55 hours per week depending on seasonal demand.

The day-to-day responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Leading and providing support to the production team
  • Ensuring the machine is well maintained and sterilized to meet New Zealand food health and safety standards
  • Undertaking quality assurance checks.
  • Reporting on production levels and order status to management
  • Monitoring machinery performance and making adjustments as necessary

Ideally you will have:

  • 2 + years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • A forklift licence is preferred but not essential (OSH Certificate)
