As a Centre Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our tamariki.


We are in search of a leader with a robust background in curriculum development and a knack for leadership through coaching and mentoring.

A strong understanding of financials is essential to ensure the continued success and growth of our center.


Reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday

Role requirements:

Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence.

We are looking for the following:

  • B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
  • Strong understanding of childled curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
  • A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
  • You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others
  • You are an innovator, both in input and output being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you
