Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize business problems
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses
  • Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to improve our products and services
  • Analyze large volumes of complex data using specialized tools and techniques
  • Communicate complex technical ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of models and algorithms in production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data science role
  • Proficient in statistical programming languages like R or Python
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries such as Scikitlearn and Tensorflow
  • Ability to work with large datasets and tools like SQL
  • Strong ability to visualize and communicate data effectively
  • Passion for learning new things and staying up to date with emerging trends in data science
