Community based service, Greenlane Clinical Centre Te whiwhinga mahi The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced; motivated and energetic Physiotherapy professional to join the Starship Community service.
In this role, you will provide assessment and therapy to children and young people with developmental and disability needs as part of our child development service.
We would especially like to hear from physiotherapists with experience working with children under 2 years and their families.

Current Physiotherapy registration and a current Annual Practicing Certificate.
A clean and full New Zealand driving license
Relevant clinical experience in health and / or disability sectors
An understanding of the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi, including how to apply Te Tiriti principles in a meaningful way in your role
An overriding passion for improving outcomes for children If you have a commitment to delivering and improving community-based models of care with quality outcomes and objectives this may be the role for you.

Getting to know our communities, working closely with them, removing inequities and barriers to health care for priority populations, are key drivers for us each day.
Service delivery is guided by the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) principles.The children and whānau Starship Community work with come from varied backgrounds and often have complex needs.
Our service is working to become more trauma informed so we better support whanau and staff.
