In this role you will check guests in an out, allocate rooms, promote hotel facilities and handle daily cashiering.

Resolving billing queries and guest complaints is also part of the job, so we are looking for someone with poise who can remain professional under pressure.

We have a part time 20 hours per week role available and some weekend/evening shifts will be required.
