Te Mahi - About the job

  • Build strong contacts across the rural sector
  • Investigate and break news stories
  • Produce indepth news for a nationwide audience
  • Contribute news stories on our radio programmes and online platforms

Ōu Pūkenga - About You

  • Broadcast journalism experience
  • News sense and a passion for great storytelling
  • The ability to produce content across a range of styles and platforms
  • Knowledge of the farming sector and rural communities
  • Adaptable and keen to learn skills across News and Features
  • Broadcast quality reporting voice preferable
  • Knowledge of web reporting, video and social media would be an advantage
