You will receive full and ongoing training and support and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be proactive in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with real estate agents.

Experience with professional editing softwar, Adobe After Effects would be advantageous, including but not limited to Matterport, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects (AE), Premiere Pro (PR), Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator (AI), InDesign, etc., to ensure the highest visual quality.

Key Marketing Responsibilities

• Property Photography and Videography: Capture highquality photographs and videos of residential properties. Includes drone photography.
• Property &

Team Shoots:
Identify and recommend suitable locations for property and team shoots, considering lighting conditions, architectural features, and overall aesthetics.

• Post-

Production Editing:
Skillfully edit and enhance video footage and images, ensuring the desired aesthetic and quality. Maintain a consistent editing style in adherence to brand guidelines.
- professional software to ensure a polished and appealing final product.

• Social Media: Transform house listing videos into reels, collaborating with the Marketing Team to add to the social media schedule. Ensure that sold and newly listed homes are effectively showcased across our social channels, via both paid and organic channels.
• Trademe Listings: Oversee the performance of listed houses on Trademe, evaluating and optimising the effectiveness of Trademe Packages.
• You'll also be required at times to assist the marketing team in executing events and bringing your creative flair to enhance our brand presence.
• Broker Image Services: Use professional equipment and devices, skillfully handle studio equipment, and arrange lighting setups to capture highquality photos and videos of real estate agents. Seamlessly integrate real estate photography and video content to provide personalized image promotion services for agents, emphasizing individual personality while maintaining consistency with the company's image.
