About this role:

This dual role sits within our Accessories Group which also includes Lingerie and Accessories.


You will be working 35 hours per week, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday in our Childrenswear & Toys department and on Thursday in the Ladies Shoes department.


This role is predominantly working in Childrenswear selling beautiful designer children's clothing, toys and exclusively Pottery Barn nursery furniture and linen.

A lovely cross section of beautiful items to immerse yourself in and be taken away by the magic of the Childrenswear department.

The Ladies Shoes department sells gorgeous designer footwear, from everyday wear to evening wear, there's a shoe for all occasions


These are busy departments and as one of our sales staff members you will enjoy interacting with our customers, having the confidence to provide that one-on-one service to advise on the latest trends or show off your product knowledge.

You will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked. You will be enthusiastic, have great teamwork ethic and happy to help other departments when required.

As this role will work across two teams, this will suit someone who loves variety and is naturally adaptable.

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

  • Previous retail experience essential
  • Experience selling Childrenswear and footwear would be desirable.
  • Helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to assist our customers.
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Great team player
  • Good communication skills
