The Role
We're on the hunt for highly skilled managers with the potential to be future leaders of the company.

If you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role or are looking for a change with rapid progression in hospitality then you've come to the right place.

You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us.


This is a Full-Time position of at least 30 hours per week and a maximum of 60 hours per week.


The Pay

  • Competitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast $ $36.00/hour depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager role within 3 months.
  • Opportunity to progress into a GM role within 6 months with salary of 90k plus, across multiple sites and regions.

You will:

  • Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch.
  • Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members.
  • Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation.
  • Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
  • Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line.
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
  • Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff.
  • Make reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.

Skills / Experience / What we are looking for

  • Some management experience in a hospitality venue
  • Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
  • Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.
  • A managers certificate or LCQ is preferred
  • You're looking for a long term career in hospitality
  • NZ Register Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience
