We are currently seeking a dynamic Turf Manager to join our team and take charge of maintaining pitches and grounds across the beautiful Gisborne region.

Key Responsibilities
As our Turf Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch maintenance and preparation of playing surfaces.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leveraging your extensive knowledge of sports turf, with a particular emphasis on cricket grounds, to achieve outstanding results
• Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed project objectives and create remarkable outdoor spaces
• Utilising your mechanical expertise to operate and maintain mowers, tractors, and other turfrelated equipment
• Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines

What we are looking for

• A strong knowledge and passion for sports turf, especially cricket grounds
• Someone who is motivated and selfdriven with energy to burn
• Ideally a level 4 turf qualification with demonstrable experience in preparation and maintenance of cricket pitches and other sports playing turf
• Flexibility to work some weekends during the cricket season
• A full, clean NZ driver's licence is essential
