You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and operational support, involving mailroom tasks, the updating of electronic data sets and the investigation of data accuracy.

Position Purpose
You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and operational support, involving mailroom tasks, the updating of electronic data sets and the investigation of data accuracy.
You will also be required to provide active assistance with other office duties as assigned by your Team Leader.Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and opening mail
- Form validation, investigating and processing
- Word processing
- Data entry
- General office support
- Administrative tasks
Technical Skills
- High level of computer literacy experienced user of Microsoft Office and other related packages
- A logical thinker
- Analytical skills
- Strong self and time management skills
Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- A good understanding of the geographical location if towns and cities in Aotearoa
- Good organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Flexible, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to do repetitive work
