Inwards Goods Manager - Full Time

The brand new, fresh and modern FOUR SQUARE ST HELIERS** is looking for an Inwards Goods Manager to be responsible for the overall Inwards Goods in the store. We love to develop our people, and place huge focus on Career progression and personal development here.

The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that:

  • All goods coming into the store are accounted for accurately, stored appropriately and that the storeroom operates effectively
  • The day to day operations will see you ensuring products arrive into Store in a safe and timely manner and condition
  • You will need to ensure stock is efficiently unloaded in a timely manner and break down all orders and receipted accurately using SAP systems
  • This includes Ambient, Fresh, Produce, Chilled and Frozen products
  • Security is important and you will need to ensure the stockroom is kept clean and tidy and free of potential hazards.


This role will also include stock rotation practices, price integrity and more, so you will need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to analyse data and problem solve.

Not only will you be an Inwards Superstar, but you will have a laser sharp Customer Focus where people come first every time.

You will be comfortable working independently but also enjoy working closely with our small, driven team and able to follow instructions well.


To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable with computers/devices/SAP, be methodical and able to follow logically through a process.

You must have a good command of the English language.

Previous FMCG, food retail or storeroom experience is desirable.

Hours are approximately:
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 5am - 3pm & Wednesday and Friday 6am - 4pm.
