You must;

  • Have relevant previous experience in the industry for at least 56 months
  • Have good knowledge of working on construction sites
  • Be able to fit pipes, valves, pumps and accessories in a fire fighting system
  • Be able to use and good knowledge of power tools
  • Use of ladders, working off scissor platforms at height exceeding 10m
  • Have ability to work from drawing
  • Assist in material preparation for projects
  • Have good time management
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good attitude and a fastlearning pace
  • Must be reliable and consistent
  • Be able to work a physical job
  • Work well in a team
  • Have New Zealand residency/citizenship or a valid New Zealand work visa

You will do:

  • Installing, testing and maintaining fire sprinkler
  • Ensuring that the system is installed as in accordance with the intent of the drawings supplied and directions given
