What will you do?
We are looking for a proactive, organised and energetic Junior Receptionist to join our Christchurch based reception team.

In this role you will be a vital member of the team ensuring the smooth running of the office and will be the first port of call for phone queries and visitors from inside and outside the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting all visitors and team members who visit the office, as well as responding to phone enquiries
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels in our kitchens, as well as keeping them tidy throughout the day
• Distributing inbound and outbound mail, as well as assisting the wider Ryman team
