We have a permanent opportunity for a Kaihāpai Pakihi - Business Support to provide high quality and effective administrative support across our Enterprise Design and Integrity business group and supporting our Te Kāhui Tūhono team.
In this role you will work closely with your peers, team members and manager to deliver a consistent level of customer focused service.
In this varied role you will:
- provide administrative support to our Leadership team members including organising meetings, assisting with events, and assisting with purchase orders for invoices
- work within the Executive Services team you'll be part of organising events, including Pōwhiri and Business Unit events.

We are looking for someone to build relationships, ask questions, share information, and follow up with people.
You will be organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and will have a genuine interest in making a difference in both small and big picture ways.
To be successful in this position you will possess some of the following attributes:- A passion for Te Reo Māori is a must Experience in Te Reo Māori would be advantageous
- Keen to move into or work within an administrative role
- An interest in building and developing relationships with leaders and other business support teams to deliver priorities and outcomes
- A strong sense of curiosity and an interest in learning new systems and ways of working
- An interest in identifying opportunities which add value to the team and your leaders
- Excellent communication skills, organisational and time management skills
- A keen understanding of the need for confidentiality and a high level of integrity
- The confidence to progress work without close supervision
- A friendly 'cando' attitude and the willingness to pitch in and support the wider team when required
