About role :

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality industry solutions. You will be responsible for managing pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities, assessing customer needs, and providing expertise in the development and installation of customized applications/solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams including design engineering, marketing, and product management to drive product enhancements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-sale and post-sale technical support activities.
  • Solution Design and Quoting
  • Assess how company products meet customer needs and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare product specifications for the development and installation of customized solutions.
  • Establish and maintain communication lines with design engineering to address product reliability concerns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products and provide field insights.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation.
