Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic generalist obstetrician and gynaecologist, this position would ideally suit a newly qualified specialist with a special interest in education and uro gynae.

Our dedicated team in Women's Health is based at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand.

This is a permanent position which is fulltime, 45 hours per week - rostered daytime and on call duties

A commitment to patient centred care and multi-disciplinary team-work is essential.

Applicants must be both flexible in their approach and be wiling to contribute positively to the service with particular focus on elective services.

The applicant must by eligible for medical registration in New Zealand.

Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Comprehensive experience of surgical management of gynaecological emergencies

Special interest in education, uro gynae and gynae mobidity
