Job Description:

Are you looking to utilise your talent and take the next step in your career, aspiring to be an executive housekeeper one day?


Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and a passionate Night Housekeeping Supervisor wishing to expand their knowledge in a luxury hotel environment.


When you work between the hours of 12am to 5am, you will now be entitled to 1.25 times the ordinary hourly rate between these hours.


PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS
Reporting directly to the Executive Housekeeper, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Supervise and support the night room Attendants daily, whilst liaising with the different departments of the hotel on queries and requests
  • Assist and supervise room cocoordination duties as and when required
  • On the Job training of employees to ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and in an efficient manner
  • Performance management of employees, adhering to policies and processes
  • Inspect and release rooms, ensuring defects are reported
  • Attend to guest queries and complaints, liaising with the Executive Housekeeper and Front Office team when required
  • Any reasonable request by the management

Qualifications:

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE

  • Be amazing. You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service
  • Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/ week roster
  • Be able to work 10pm to 06.30am
  • While working
  • Be driven. You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality
  • Be a juggler. You are able to manage multiple tasks at any given time
  • Be amazing. You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality and customer service
