Your Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Packaging Technologist to manage and champion packaging development initiatives and projects across multiple manufacturing facilities through key activities:

  • Managing and meeting project requirements from brief to commercial production
  • Ensuring packaging solutions are fit for purpose
  • Innovation
  • New Production Development
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Cost reengineering
  • Process & quality improvement
  • Capital project support
  • Ideally a minimum of 4 years' experience in packaging preferably in a food and/or supplement manufacturing facility
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Working across multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Dealing with ambiguity and putting forward recommendations with foresight
  • Understand impacts on the wider business
  • Enjoy working in a high performing team who work well together
  • A related tertiary qualification


We would love to hear if you have a love for food, are action oriented and have worked with a variety of substrates including laminates, HDPE, glass and aluminum meaning you understand the impact of materials changes on machinery.
