We have an exciting major project in Auckland lasting up to at least December 2023 requiring Structural Steel Erectors appointed on a fixed term contract.

Essentially we are looking for individuals that are skillful with a spanner, can follow installation instructions and work at heights.


What's on offer?


Depending on your qualifications, experience and skills wages range from $30 - $35/hour for a 40 hours week plus overtime at time and half for extra hours.

All about You
To be successful you will need to be able to:

  • Ensure mechanical components assembled
  • Assemble rigging equipment
  • Erect and dismantle structural steel frames
  • Fit and bolt components
  • Set up mechanical rigging equipment
  • Use mechanical hand and power tolls
  • Operate stationary hoists, lifts and winches.

You also:

  • Have a relevant trade qualification eg. Dogman ticket, GWO or relevant trade experience
  • Have the ability to deliver results on time to meet customer expectations
  • Have strong safety and compliance values
  • Are a team player who sets high standards for themselves
  • Have good, communication and problemsolving skills
  • Have an analytical troubleshooting ability
