About you


To succeed in this position you will have production experience, understand design timeframes and be confident to communicate deadlines with suppliers and stakeholders.

You will creative and tech savvy as well as having:

  • Experience with design production
  • Knowledge of workflow management software
  • High level of organisation and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication capabilities, both written and verbal
Role

As a Marketing and Production Assistant, you will be assisting the wider team with upcoming projects and events.

You will be responsible for trafficking through design briefs, using the workflow system to plan timeframes and liaising with stakeholders.


Other key duties will include:

  • Coordinating collateral and supporting marketing campaigns
  • Manage production processes with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support wider team with ad hoc tasks
