This position, based in Palmerston North, will require you to be hands on, facilitating one on one learning, mentoring and motivating students, and working with students individually, so your well-tuned rapport and communication skills will be required.

Skills & Experience:

• You must be a qualified beauty therapist with a recognised diploma qualification and ideally three to five years current industry experience
• An Adult Tertiary Teaching qualification and/or the NZ Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education and/or unit 4098 workbased assessor or be working toward these

Experience delivering at the tertiary level and/or extensive experience industry, ideally including training and supporting trainees/apprentices
