Operating Theatre - ENT/Ophthalmology

If you are someone who is a team player, would work will within a senior team, has proven leadership ability, can stimulate and guide staff then this might be the position for you.


This position would suit a registered nurse with theatre nursing experience, excellent communication skills, advanced patient assessment skill, computer knowledge, and who enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

An understanding or experience in change management and working with the multi-disciplinary team will be paramount.

Essential criteria will include:

  • Recent experience at Associate Charge Nurse level in an acute environment
  • Operating Theatre experience is essential
  • Nursing Master's degree or willingness to achieve same and evidence of working at Masters level
  • Recognised by peers as a leader of nursing practice and staff
Evidence of change management and project work
