We have an exciting opportunity within our Womenswear Department as a Supervisor. The role is a mix of salesperson duties and assisting the Team Leader with operational and team requirements.
As well as being a retail superstar, you will be expected to lead the team two days a week when the Team Leader is on RDOs or leave and support the Team Leader on all other days.
You will need strong communication skills, the ability to problem solve and the confidence to solve the trickiest customer query with diplomacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating sales through welcoming service and expert knowledge.
- Creating exceptional Customer Experiences.
- Assisting with the day to day operational activities required within the department.
- Where required, assist the Team Leader with budgeting, reporting, stock management and team training.
- Leading the team in the Team Leader absence.
- Undertaking formal 1:1s with staff.
Additional Information
This position is full time, Sunday to Thursday.
