Inventory Analyst


Our inventory team are Coca Cola Europacific Partners NZ Ltd gate keepers of our Finished Goods inventory worth many millions of dollars.

We process around 2000 orders a day of the best beverages in the market from Coke and other fizzy to juices, water, energy, alcohol, and coffee.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, and ensuring accuracy in our inventory records. Your insights and expertise will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will play a critical role in managing and improving our credits process, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and driving efficiencies across our DC.


Your Impact

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.

Process Improvement: Play a critical role in managing and improving our credits process, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and driving efficiencies across our distribution center.

Procedure Development: Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to optimize our operations.

Issue Resolution: Manage inventory discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Auditing: Conduct regular audits of returned inventory to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast needs and coordinate stock levels.

Reporting: Utilize inventory management software to track and report on inventory metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
