Job Description:

The first thing a guest notices about our hotel is the Porter.

The position is in charge of directing traffic during peak hours, making sure that VIP rooms receive amenities, handling luggage with care, assisting guests check in and out, as well as assisting with valet parking.

• Warmly greet our guests, assisting with car and hotel doors and guest luggage.
• You will take initiative to ensure that all of your interactions are positive and productive.
• Have the freedom and creativity to deliver memorable moments that provide treasured guest experiences.

Qualifications:

You will be:

• A people person. You enjoy interacting with others, entertaining guests, and creating special moments.
• Devoted to outstanding service and possess an exceptional eye for detail.
• A solver of challenges. You might enjoy completing difficult crosswords, solving riddles, or finding the exit of Escape Rooms. You remain at ease, keep composed, and persevere through any problems that arise.
