Accounts Assistant needed for successful Self-Storage Solutions Company.

Well-established Self-Storage Solutions company with twelve state-of-the-art Self-Storage facilities in key locations throughout New Zealand.

They are dedicated to providing convenient, high-quality storage solutions and excellent customer service.
They are looking for a competent and motivated Administrator for a 6-month contract role in their Mangere office.

Join their close-knit team and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business and support them through a busy time.


About Role:
Utlise your administration skills and support a busy storage company.
It will be a very task focused role.

Assist Operations Team with Admin tasks
Data entry
Collating Invoices and keeping good records
Assist Accounts person with accounts overflow
Answer questions from staff and customers

This part-time role could be between 30 to 35 hours, depending on what you are looking for.
This role has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

About You:
Administration experience
Basic accounts experience
Xero/MYOB experience is a bonus
Data entry skills
