We are currently looking for Readymix Truck Drivers based in Auckland to join our friendly team. You must be committed and reliable and have clean truck driving licence.

Location:
Within Auckland Wide Region

Number of positions for this job: 05

Employment Type:
Permanent Full Time

Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30 Hours

Days Required:
Monday to Saturday (including nights) (flexible hours)

Hourly Rate:
$ 30 per hour.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Managing and delivering the concrete to different sites (within Auckland area).
  • Ensuring the health and safety regulations are met.
  • Completing the required paperwork.
  • Performing pre and post trip safety check on equipment and truck to ensure safe travel.
  • Clean the truck to prevent the concrete from hardening on the mixer and truck.
  • Be responsible for any spillage caused on the road or anywhere while driving, driver needs to make sure this is cleaned up.
  • Truck Driving Licence.
  • Complete understanding of road ranger gearbox.
  • Physically fit to assist with wheelbarrowing and cleaning chute.
  • Strong Health &Safety focus & adherence to all H&S procedures.
  • Willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Time management skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Availability to do the night shifts.
  • Committed and reliable.
  • Pass the drug test.
  • No criminal records.
