Agile Coach

Here's what you'll do in this job:

• Deliver amazing outcomes aligned to 2degerees' strategic goals, for each other and for our customers
• Educate, coach and mentor team members in agile ways of working
• Guide development teams and business groups to higher agile maturity, jumping in as a Scrum Master when needed
• Foster an improvement mindset across teams and wider organisation
• Empower and support teams to implement changes effectively
