Onerahi Family Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and help deliver high-quality care within our community.
This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity with diverse and exciting clinical responsibilities. Our nursing team collaborates closely to provide patient-centred care, ensuring each day is unique and fulfilling.
Responsibilities include phone and in-person triage, nurse-led clinics for acute and chronic conditions, intravenous therapy, immunisations, and many other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary health care nursing duties (including wound care and patient education)
- Adult and childhood immunisations
- Blood tests

- Highly organised and action-oriented
- A commitment to the principles and practice of health equity and a desire to constantly upskill
Required Qualifications:
- Current APC that allows you to practice as a nurse in NZ
- Current CPR certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorisation to administer vaccinations
Preferred (but not essential)
Skills:
- Experience using PMS (Medtech Evolution)
- Smear taker (or open to training)
