About the Role:

Our geotechnical team is expanding to meet the demands of our stable and full project pipeline.

We prioritize scientific innovation, drawing on our extensive experience and commitment to delivering results that endure the test of time.


From foundation assessments to slope stability analysis and more, we leverage cutting-edge technologies, including geospatial mapping, ground-penetrating radar, and numerical modelling.

In this role.


You will be conducting fieldwork, preparing reports, scoping investigations, and performing analyses covering, slope stability, liquefaction, settlement, and foundation bearing capacity.

You will provide insights and reports for a diverse range of engineering projects, spanning span various sectors, including transport, energy, education, climate resilience, and housing.

About You:

You have a drive for technical excellence, you thrive on tackling challenging projects of all sizes and complexities with innovative solutions and collaborative teamwork

Ideally, you possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering geology or similar, with a strong desire to become PEngGeol.
  • A minimum of 2 years of engineering geology experience with a track record of successful technical delivery.
  • Experience with construction monitoring.
  • Commercial awareness of project budgets and costs.
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team focus and enthusiasm for collaboration, learning, and knowledge sharing.
  • New Zealand experience is preferred, and a valid NZ driver's license is a must.
