Do you want to join our growing team at Chubb NZ in Auckland? We are looking for a Fire Suppression Supervisor with skills in project management and estimation to lead a team of Sprinkler Fitters working on minor works and service in the area.

The role
You will be responsible for leading a team installing and servicing fire suppression systems for a variety of industrial and commercial contracts across the Auckland area

This will involve:

• Supervising a team of Sprinkler Fitters on site including Chubb NZ staff and subcontractors.
• Ensuring day to day workloads are managed in accordance with work programs.
• Supervising installation and service of fire protection equipment in accordance with relevant standards
• Designing estimating solutions/ quotations for servicing, installation, commissioning, and repairing of Sprinkler Systems and related equipment
• Assisting Manager with financial forecasting of project works

You will need the following:

• Up to date product and industry knowledge including NZS454
• Relevant qualifications and / or experience with fire suppression
• Estimating, quoting and project management skills
• Experience managing teams of people and projects
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, plan and prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
• Welldeveloped communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
