  • Permanent, Part Time (0.45FTE / 18hrs per week)

If so, here is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our maternity team at North Shore Hospital.


This job involves administration responsibilities such as clinical and clerical data entry, generating NHI numbers, maintaining filing systems, compiling rosters, meeting and greeting women and their families, taking and redirecting telephone calls and distributing incoming mail.

You will need to be able to work autonomously. An understanding of Healthware, PIMS and Oracle would be an advantage.


You will be working as part of a team of clerks who provide 24 hour support to our busy maternity unit, so you will need to be willing to undertake shift work, especially night duty.
