Kia ora CBRE Wellington is looking for an Assistant Valuer to join their team.

The role provides an outstanding opportunity to support and learn from a successful commercial valuation team working across Wellington and the neighbouring Hutt Valley and Porirua Cities.


The Opportunity - Te āhei

  • A Property Graduate looking for a career in Valuations
  • Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, and creating quality reports
  • Work towards Registration status within Wellingtons largest valuation team

  • A property graduate with an eagerness for a career in property valuations
  • Very strong attention to detail with a proactive and positive approach to work
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems
