The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director with a passion for Social Media to lead our Fuse creative team on a 9-month maternity leave cover contract.

Ideally, starting at the beginning of April 2023.

The role requires a strong conceptual thinker with experience in leading a team of enthusiastic creatives to craft exciting branded content across a breadth of platforms and outputs with a focus on social media.

The role is responsible for overseeing the concept and production of client content including campaigns that deliver pioneering work and contribute to Fuse's overall financial and creative targets.

You:

You will demonstrate a high level of creativity and thought leadership to deliver exceptional results for our client campaigns.

You will present creative concepts to clients, ensure a high quality of output from the creative team is consistently met and manage the production of content with a focus on social media for some of New Zealand's biggest brands.

You will be a natural at trouble shooting, practiced in juggling workloads in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional attention to detail.

You will:

• Have successfully led creative teams to deliver highimpact content and campaigns.
• Have an outstanding portfolio of work to demonstrate your experience with largescale clients across a range of categories.
• Be skilled at presenting creative concepts to clients and a whiz at gaining approvals.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have a range of experience in content creation, strengths in different disciplines from copywriting to art direction to content production and onset experience.
• Be up to speed with current social media content creation trends and approaches.
• Be experience in the Adobe Creative Suite/shooting/editing skills and able to roll up your sleeves as needed.
• Have great communication and leadership skills.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in senior creative roles and experience leading relationships with senior clients.
