At Baxter Healthcare Corporation, we are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Distribution Storeperson.

As a Distribution Storeperson, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations and contribute to our mission of delivering flawless healthcare products to patients worldwide.


Hours:

Sunday to Thursday**:
11:00pm - 07:30am (Some overtime may be required)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt and unloading of goods into assigned areas and accurate completion of required paperwork
  • Using reach and stock pickers to pick orders and store product
  • Book dispatch requirements through identified transport network
  • Staying in sync with quality and job instructions at all times
  • Contribute to zero harm workplace aligning with safe work practice and reporting all hazards, near misses and incidents
  • Early identification and fixing of process errors which may have occurred and escalating where required
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Storeperson or in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
  • Reach and Stock picker licence essential
  • Experience with RF scanner an advantage but training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively understand and implement tasks.
