We have an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at our Iconic Pride Brewery as a
Reliability Fitter.
At The Pride our Engineering Reliability team support the delivery of production schedules and machine efficiency through minimising downtime events related to the equipment on site.
This includes:
- First response for troubleshooting, breakdown and remediation activities
- Reliability activities to optimise production and minimise downtime
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
permanent full-time opportunity.
We are recruiting for the following shift:
- Alternating shift, fortnightly rotation of days (6am
- 2pm) and evenings (2pm to 10pm)
Some of the skills and attributes you will bring:
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Stakeholder engagement and the ability to bring people on a journey
- Problem solving and decision making in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- An understanding of production and packaging within an FMCG environment
- Good computer literacy skills
Some of the activities you'll be doing in the role:
- Work with the operations teams to troubleshoot as required
- Engage in root cause problem solving to minimize downtime events
- Support with the timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
- Assisting contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
- Champion a safetyfirst culture across the Brewery
