Podcast Producer

This role will be responsible for Coast and GOLD podcast production.

We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented producer with a strong background in audio production to record, edit, and post podcast content.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

You'll be responsible for making sure all podcast content is produced to the highest standards.

• Podcast delivery according to the agreed schedule and to Coast/GOLD key performance targets.
• Maintain a podcast plan, always working in advance to maximise opportunities.
• Track and analyse podcast performance and driving content enhancements.
• Talent liaison, arranging guests, booking studio facilities, completing postproduction, including audio and video content to promote the podcasts onair and across social platforms. Comply with all broadcasting standards and practices.

ABOUT YOU:

• An experienced Pro Tools operator
• Understanding of current podcast trends
• Experienced in creating engaging promotional audio for Radio
• Exceptional organisational and process skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Video editing and social media skills
• Great communication skills with talent, producers, clients and the wider NZME team

This role is part time at 15 hours per week, 8am-11am Monday to Friday.
