Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand KEC Full time

KEC is currently involved in construction and development projects within the Auckland region and is seeking to hire 2 site foremen in Auckland. This is a permanent full-time position that requires working 5-6 days a week (30-40 hours per week).



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize resources across projects
  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and other professionals
  • Oversee project links, monitoring time, costs, quality, budget, and risk
  • Engage with stakeholders during construction and project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, performance standards, and safety regulations
  • Submit plans to authorities and facilitate inspections throughout the project
- Lead and manage human resources, subcontractors, progress, and project delivery
- Develop and oversee project plans aligning with strategic goals and outcomes

Job Requirements:
Due to a busy workload, we are seeking team members at intermediate or senior levels.

  • Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience or relevant educational background
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain solid relationships
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes
