About the role


As a Bartender in The Local Taphouse you will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking food and beverage orders, preparing and presenting drinks and accepting payments.

You'll also help to keep the bar looking spic and span and assist with re-stocking.

You will also;

  • Participate in bar and beverage promotions
  • Promote responsible alcohol consumption by guests in accordance with company host responsibility programme and training
This is a Part Time opportunity, working approx hours per week including evenings and weekends.

About you


It'll be your winning attitude, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure which will make you a great fit for SkyCity.

To be successful in this role, you will also;

  • Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
  • Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
  • Enjoy craft beer and willing to grow your knowledge in this area
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
  • Be 18 years old or over due to licensing requirements
