About the role:

About you:
No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided. However previous experience in the concrete industry, or experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

• Producing concrete that meets our quality standards.
• Administer and organise activities such as mix management, driver, plant & staff efficiency.
• Implement and manage plant maintenance and inspections.
• Operating machinery such as a loader and forklift.

Skills and Experience- Must have full class 1 licence- Forklift licence is advantageous- Batching experience & concrete knowledge is advantageous- Excellent written and communication skills.- Be a team player.- Able to work early starts, late finishes and do weekend work.
