My client is looking for a
Drainage Foreman to support delivery of their drainage/water reticulation works for different projects around
Taupo.

This is an awesome opportunity for an experienced drainage foreperson, or a person with drain laying experience looking to take a step up in their career.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a crew and support the training of apprentices.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to plan and manage job progress, methodology and resource needs.
  • Interpret drawings and specifications, to ensure excellence in delivery.
  • Manage HS&E standards, and QA testing and record keeping.
  • Ensure day to day task requirements are completed effectively.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant instructions and specifications.

To be successful you will have:

  • Full, clean drivers' licence
  • Possess a no fuss, "cando" attitude.
  • A great attitude and drive to support the team
    this is the biggest priority :
  • A proven track record in successful drainage
  • Ability to read plans and do set out
  • Experience in leadership role
