Mso Specialist

We have a great opportunity for an experienced
MSO Specialist in
Wellington or
Christchurch. You will provide hands-on operational, technical & training support across all facets of the customer production environment.

Key Responsibilities**- Adherence to standardized repair processes must be strictly followed and enforced with site staff.

• The ability to quickly identify and resolve production bottlenecks onsite is essential. This handson role includes paint mixing, preparation, and painting in accordance with site requirements.
• Continuous equipment maintenance, including spray equipment, UV & IR lamps, gunwash machines, and color tools, is crucial.
• The capability to train, mentor, and discipline customer paint & panel staff when necessary is important.
• Staff training at both the onsite and Training Centre, including oneonone training, staff assessments, and preemployment assessments, is also part of the responsibilities.
• Monthly site audits are conducted to pinpoint areas of concern related to EHS, processes, and operations.

Skills and Experience

• Five years of practical experience in a fastpaced vehicle repair setting
• Proficiency in working within structured environments
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities across various business levels
• Mandatory capability to uphold processes
• Knowledge of labour efficiency and its impact on profitability
• Effective organizational and planning skills.
