Opportunities for 3 full time permanent Glaziers in a well-established Auckland based construction company. We are looking forward to you becoming a part of the team

Position:
Permanent Full-time

Region:
Auckland

Pay :
$26.69-$32 depending on your skills

Work days:
Roster from Moday to Sunday, minimum 30 hours per week gurantee

Tasks Include:

  • Operating and maintaining glass cutting machine and glass polishing machine
  • Determining the type and dimensions of glass required from the drawings
  • Measuring, marking, and cutting glass to the size and specifications
following the drawings or templates

  • Examining glass and marking defective areas
  • Polishing, grinding and smoothing edges and surfaces with hand and power
tools

  • Installing and fitting glass into aluminium frames, showers, mirrors, etc.
  • Removing old or broken glass prior to new installation
  • Cleaning the finish product and completing final quality checks against
specifications

  • Compliance with health and safety requirements at all time

Requirement:

  • At least 3 years relevant working experience or a relevant level 4 qualification
