Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor crossfunctional teams on Agile principles and practices to promote continuous improvement and selforganization.
  • Help the team to understand and implement Scrum and other Agile frameworks effectively.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
  • Shield the team from external distractions and facilitate a focused and productive work environment.
  • Identify and address any impediments or issues that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career as a Scrum Master, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, preferably as a team member or closely collaborating with Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile methodologies and their principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • A genuine and friendly personality, with a passion for creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • A problemsolving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations with resilience and composure.
