In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse while managing and lead a team of warehouse staff.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The successful applicant will:

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes
  • Manage order picking, QC, and dispatch processes to meet customer requirements
  • Enforce safety regulations and standards within the warehouse
  • Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment
  • Generate regular reports on warehouse performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
  • Minimum 3 years experience in logistics / warehousing
  • People management experience
  • Sound understanding of inventory and warehouse management systems
  • Track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency
