He angitūtanga | The opportunity


As a MAS Adviser, you will play a key part in annual portfolio reviews providing quality advice to our existing Members ensuring they continue to have the right solutions in place to meet their personal insurance and investment needs.

Building strong relationships is fundamental.

You'll need to be comfortable developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our business, identify opportunities, and onboard new Members.

You will be part of a highly engaged and committed team providing exceptional experience for our Members.

We strive for excellence by meeting Members face-to-face in their workplace or home or using online technology such as MS Teams and Zoom.

Administration is a large part of this role, so accuracy is key to ensuring we meet our Member's expectations and they trust us to get it right every time.


He kōrero mōu | Key attributes we are looking for

  • Five plus years of relevant industry experience in a customerfacing role.
  • Proven experience advising and selling personal insurance, KiwiSaver, and Investments.
  • Current New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level
  • CRM Experience with strong administrative skills
  • Effective time management including weekly reporting on referrals/sales
