What You Will Do

  • Build on your knowledge of user experience technologies focused around javascript.
  • Gain further understanding of the architectural style around REST and payload standards.
  • Be a contributor to team goals and aligned with practicing agile methodology.
  • Be part of a team who is open to sharing, reviewing and having code reviewed to develop quality and learning.

Key Outcomes

Operational

  • Able to work with general instructions on routine work, with detailed instructions provided on new projects or assignments.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

What Skills and Experience You Should Bring

  • Working knowledge of popular modern Javascript frameworks such as Vue or React or Angular
  • Expertise working with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with creating and implementing concepts of UX design
  • Working in a code controlled environment using versioning tools such as GIT
  • Commitment to unit testing of code
  • Whilst you may not yet have the experience to deliver well crafted, elegant and reusable code, you'll be passionate about striving toward this
  • A passion for learning and developing new skills
  • See yourself and all team members as resources within the team with flexibility to adapt and achieve
  • Collaborate and share skills extensively and be the recipient of others efforts in this area.
  • Share progress daily with inherent ups and downs. Use this to validate outcomes early and resolve issues
  • Comfortable working closely in person with a local team and also remotely with a wider team, based in the US and around the world

What Skills and Experience You Could Bring

  • Understanding of Springbased web services
  • Knowledge of relational databases and basic familiarity with SQL
  • Working in a project environment adhering to Agile software development principles
