Role Overview:


As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations team, responsible for a range of warehouse duties including order picking, dispatch, inventory management, container unloading, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

This role requires physical capability for regular heavy lifting and a dedication to maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill daily orders and dispatch using their Warehouse Management System.
  • Receive and organise inwards goods.
  • Assist with container unloading and inventory management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and transfers.
  • Coordinate with their main distribution centre in New Plymouth.
  • Deliver urgent orders to customers in the Auckland region.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support walkin customers.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Not afraid to work a few extra hours here and there to ensure we put the customer first.
  • Flexibility to get the job done, be energetic and have a team first attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to embrace technology and learn new systems.
  • Previous warehouse or operations experience preferred.
  • NZ full car driver license required; forklift license would be beneficial

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.
